    what is your view on the demerger?
    I'd like to think it bodes well for finally getting some binding agreements on the table with some of the key MOU partners who probably would want to take equity in a company more or less dedicated to their venture...or am I overly optimistic?
    As you say, TIVAN is still the elephant in the room and we need to see whether their special patented chemical cocktail can delivery commercially...
