Went to the RRS spent 2 hours talking with CN asking questions and listening to others asking questions. The body language said it all. Upbeat and deep smiles which would disappear when inappropriate questions where asked. Key points I remembered. Farm-out negotiations going forward should be different due to the confidence gained lately. Discussions at management level have now commenced with regards to how to handle oil assets brought into the books (something never broached before). The drilling measured up to within 100m- 150m of projections. Over the 1000m of play, new and undefined intersections found (possibly more oil reservoirs). FARs future is now a lot brighter! (exact words) There was lots of other good indicators which I cant remember offhand.....all in all very positive and brimming with confidence and a real willingness to be able to provide more info...which we have all been told should be out in a few weeks...

Oh yeah! I was told that I had asked a loaded question when I asked " So Cath when you've finished with this hole do you just shorten the string and lift the BOP off the bottom and carry it over to the next drill hole???"

I thought it was an innocent enough question and don't quite understand how it was loaded. perhaps JP could shed some light??? in any case the question remained unanswered but I got a big smile from asking it!
