I think I may be a sharper tool than you LTL
How much product are PEK selling at their sub $20 cost of production?
Or even how much have they contracted to sell?
If you can’t sell the product; you can have the lowest cost of production in the world and you will not be able to fund development of the project.
Obviously I have thought about it with an open mind “dull spark”.
