I don't think you can say that Justice Brown or the Court is incompetent or there is any corruption. It is just the Court process. Just like after the first High Court decision of Justice Chetwynd there was an appeal to the Court of Appeal. And after this High Court decision my opinion is that it is likely that there will be another appeal to the Court of Appeal. This time the correct issue has been fully considered at trial and the Court of Appeal can put the matter to bed. Difference is this time after a long and careful consideration by Justice Brown he found in favour of AVQ in relation to the PRIMARY issue. Huge tick in my opinion. Also, RM noted that cash isn't a problem if there is an appeal. Am I missing something? Everyone is whinging about the court this and lawyers that but don't seem to see this. Please am I missing something?
