Interesting this is mentioned quite early on:
"leading up to the change of control by..."
I think it would be prudent of them to be at least having discussions around this given the market. I'm sure with cash and asset position they could get a transaction away at multiples of current SP to a long term investor.
I don't think that is the play but it would be sensible to be at least having the discussions.
