    I don't know of any person going about their NORMAL business who wears a balaclava (assuming you mean of the type that covers one's face), and a mask. Clearly an actor wearing face paint, a mask, or even a burka, does so because the part requires it. And I certainly am not particularly attached to persons wearing hoodies but, at least, I can still see their face.

    The wearing of the Burka in public places should be banned IMMEDIATLEY. It is a disgusting mode of dress, so indicative of women's oppression in countries with an out dated medieval attitude. We don't want such a disgusting and demeaning attitude, towards women, to be prevalent in Australia. You can't possibly tell me that ANY woman, through her own accord, would wear such a shabby, freedom inhibiting modeof dress .
