    I guess people are extra jumpy these days given the delays in new contracts. At least last year when we were waiting for the imminent Sanofi deal, we didn't have debt covenants hanging over our heads. Honestly, if these guys bag the deals they are expecting, I'd do a cap raise at $5 or 6 (UNIS) and piss Orbimed's debt facility right off. Don't need the aggravation.
