So are you denying that these things are a part of islam and the conditions forced on women as it is practiced in many parts of the world?

- child brides forced into marriage with much older men they have not even met
- identities hidden behind face masks
- wife beating specifcally allowed by the religious text
- second class status enforced by religious text and dogma
- forced marriages to close relatives
What is preached by scholars of islam you are listening to may be a nice in a perfect world and may be the way you live your life, but the dark reality of islam over much of the islamic world seems to be very, very different and much darker and more violent especially where women are concerned...
