I think it suits Zijin at the moment not to have the T farms sorted out. Whilst in dispute Z can claim that they have zero $ value value and therefore should not be taken into account in a takeover scenario.
Give it 2-3 years and all the protagonists may make up, and the T farm riches can be unlocked and be shared amongst those that will still be around. I suspect Aussie shareholders will be long gone by then.
