You cant be infected unless the infected person is showing disease signs.. You cant glide around shedding the disease unnoticed, you'll at least look sick. Its also not that easy to catch, this guy may have lied when leaving liberia, he allegedly was physically helping a stricken person 4 days before leaving the country.
