(And then there's FB's biggest, multi-year short of all during his years on HotCopper, namely RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. I wonder how that Short Property Investment Thesis is panning out for the poor guy/gal. Imagine being consigned to the landlord's whim for one's entire life. Fortnight, fortnightly...every fortnight that rent cheque needs to be posted off)
