Are you for real? Before the high court decision we were at 1.3cent lows. We have now won that, with an EXPECTED appeal, that's just the next step in the process. If you didn't see an appeal coming you were blind. 1.3cent low again if appeal is granted. Maybe if we completely lost with no chance of appeal then you'd see half a cent.
