OWC... Oil / Water contact..... is the spot in a zone that is a layer of water on the bottom and oil floating on top.... oil/water contact...
That metal storm is the big unknown....did they test and not find, then go deeper....
Or....and this is where my money is, they did find, and found big enough to go looking for more....
Time will prove all theories..... I hope in a good way, that your not correct....lol....
