Excellent spot Haime. You are correct on the association between Mr Povey and the Ailakis brothers and Anthony Ailakis in particular. A combination I believe of Povey being the front guy and the Ailakis' doing the legals and admin stuff in the background. The former M39/101 (now M39/701) was obtained via a successful plaint this way. Ironically, this tenement is now itself under plaint by Westgate Nominees, whose sole director is Stephen Gardoll. Mr Gardoll is a long time friend of Rodney Ailakis, and is also sole director of Bullrun Investments Pty Ltd, formerly a significant shareholder of RDS. From the recently released Annual Financials for RDS, Bullrun held 3.92% of the issued shares of the Company. At the time of the RDS IPO Bullrun held 13.28%.
