Its the bot doing its thing.
For whatever reason this automated trading process goes on, either to cap a share or to maintain its position.
SUDA has been a victim of this for at least 4 months.
At least this morning if there was a capper they got caught napping.

I maintain the notion that for someone to keep doing these things to little old SUDA there must be great things on the horizon.
We all know that

Key is holding above 6.5c today.
