re: current account deficit??? does it matter Interest rates are being held low for as long as possible so people can meet their repayments.
Sooner or later though rates will rise back to their historical average or higher.
Then the defaults will start to become serious and probably quickly grow out of control with an economic depression likely IMO anyway.
But I don't know when !!!
