I think your comments are a little misleading at best.... Like I mentioned before.
drake was the best thing that happened to axiom, it helped it rise from .006 to 3.6 and didn't dump and kept the company afloat when needed.
again as your well aware...... There was massive concern with a drake takeover of recent times and RM acting in the interest of SH's and wanting maximum return for holders did not allow a TO nor did he keep going to drake for money.
it seems obvious they wanted everything but RM worked in holders interest and hopefully over the next 12 months we will see the rewards for his work....
but then again.......you already know that.
