    re:depressed copydog sorry, i knew i would offend some agents and worry some property owners with my post.
    I am of the understanding that a lot of properties are sold on a commission basis. That means the higher the property is sold for the bigger the commission to agents. Makes a boom an ideal situation for them.

    If there is no extra money in it for real estate agents why has the bubble forced thousands of new ones to pop up from nowhere??
    The same thing happened in Florida where every vacant shop was filled with another real estate agent.

    PLease dont tell me that a severe downturn would not affect the real estate industry. thats a waste of everyones time.

    remember this forum is for discussion. People have different viewpoints. I'm stating mine. give me evidence that will change my mind.
