Today has been a bit of an "Anti - Climax". I am happy that I kept my self control over excitement. the Appeal in the face of this Judgement I think will end up falling away, and SMM will be scratching to get out of this mess they created.

I can say now that I am very excited about this project. Nickle is one of the most sort after commodities at present, and for once I am happy that the little guy Axiom won against a big corporation SMM. it proves there is Justice in this world.

I would love to be a fly on the wall in the Boardroom of SMM at the moment though. Congratulations on holding out all shareholders long termers and short termers. a win is a win and you can take that to the bank.
