    In essence protests in the direct area are banned from today until two years after the granting of the permits.

    Also, costs incurred will be determined by another court. But ms Tina will have to pay up.

    Sounds fair. Obstruction and anarchy cannot be tolerated.

    Very good news for Cuadrilla and any other developers.
