Ok looks like they can do a 3 well program for about $15M if they use chinese contractors and given the winter break is at least end of November to end of March the earliest possible drilling is April. So probably mid next year realistically. Drilling costs could be low using the Chinese, wouldn't think they'd have to give up excessive amounts of equity if they went that way.
