    Steve Ghostlow, the MD, is very aproachable, by email at least. Why don't you drop him a line with your request for clarification?

    You are a shareholder and he seems to be responsible/competant. I can't see why he wouldn't address your concers in the half yearly if asked to specificaly addres them.
