    What a waste of Parliament's time..
    The kickbacks occurred. EVERYONE who sold wheat to Iraq payed them....
    Saw a report that the kickbacks go back to the 1980's?
    Who was in power then? What does 'potomus Beasley say about that?
    So Beasley is saying the wheat should have rotted on the warves? Thats what would have happened without the kickbacks...........
