Our valuation of Prima BioMed before the planned acquisition of Immutep was A$101m. We are withdrawing our valuation and estimates until more details on the development plans of the merged entity are disclosed. However, the acquisition appears to be highly value enhancing for Prima BioMed given the two clinical products that it obtains and the high ratings enjoyed by immunotherapy companies, such as Innate Pharma.
