Yes, it's a belief.
But I know a bit about contracts, and you can always escape a contract.
There are usually penalties involved. There is no way they are locked in inescapably. That's just fiction.
Why would you treat what an analyst has said as gospel and misconstrue what he BELIEVES, but doesn't actually know, as absolute fact?
Further it's another of your "Oh look over there" strategies to avoid the simple truth:
Teva is a Big Pharma and it is more expert than you in assessing the value of a biotech and of this biotech in particular, since it has access to information as a JV partner that you, me and even an analyst who claims to understand biotechs, will have.
Try to keep all that in your head at once. It isn't difficult.
