They have !3 mill in bank [Dec 31st receivables not in yet] even if they spent all that money on the buy back which leaves them insolvent they at say 60 cents could only purchase 20 million shares what difference does that make.Out of over 460 million shares and they lose their security ? Must be another reason for the buyback dont you reckon.
