Sector lead is just as bad . Property has just as many pitfalls as any other investment( relative to the risk involved ie term deposit low risk ....single number roulette bet very high risk). Toning it down a little bit would go a long way..
It is interesting to hear how different people living in different placing are going in real estate but id think the same applies here as you never hear from the people that lost money only from the people that are making a killing?
