you don't get much and thus your problems in understanding are merely your own market/ fundamental ignorance.
how many times do you need UT, Hawkers or myself etc telling you with 10-20% deposit, your returns are 5-10x inflation gross WITH JUST INFLATION....which has been between 2-4% for 25 years.
If you can't get this, the most simple property investing concept for beginners, then you have your options seriously limited by head in the sand ignorance.
