The production figures they released equate to what was being produced at 80% throughput. Even if costs went up a lot moving to 100% throughput to the point that it outweighed the increase in output, the output should still have increased. The improvements (plant feed thickener, insulation, extra tank) should have yielded better results than a 10% improvement unless there is something major thats not been told to the market that may have been known for some time by PGI.
