Without wishing to interrupt the "theory" discussion, I notice some action in the market today.

Some have been selling into existing orders, driving down the price, but a couple of buy orders at 5 and 5.2 have just come in. So while a few nervous Nellies might be selling down, they are currently being fairly well matched by buyers around the 5c level.

Having said that, I'd quite like to know how both the "transaction" and the cash flow are going, given that the "unmerged" CSD is somewhat tight on cash.
