re: reserve estimates.... what I suspect is that NEO has some small reserve but they've been stumped by the Hub operators.

my guess, given that there's a gas glut - inventories are very high - and that there has been a colossal price slump in gas - from $15.4 in mid December to around $6.40 currently (that's a 60% fall in gas prices in 12 weeks!), that the Hub operators just aren't interested in setting up a deal with anyone other than those with substantial reserves to tip into the pool.

one thing is certain - that NEO does not have any actual substantial gas reserves. It is all potential - a word quite liberally used in their later announcements if I'm not mistaken?
