Hi Alan I was not generalising I am talking about compensation in this one affair . Where will it all lead to Next we know the crims or anyone will be able to sue because they were locked away for 6 0r 7 months in remand centres until their case is heard and a clever lawyer gets them off because of some minor detail and they had suffered trauma and stress because their liberty was interupted In the case of this child he was with his parents and others of the same nationality Do you not think that they should also be liable for their behaviour Where does this end . As another poster stated you can lose an arm or leg in an accident and get stuff all in way of compensation
