you guys are all missing the point.

there never would have been any problem with detainees if our system was changed to turn people around faster and deport them.

it is criminal to have people locked up for years awaiting the outcome of appeals - that's where the problem lies.

the issue of whether or not someone is a genuine refugee or just a punter should be decided administratively and not by our legal appeal process.

it is illegals using our twisted legal system that is wrong.

just ship 'em out in 48 hrs and there'd never be a problem.
