We are already aware that LOM only owns 40%, who owns the other 60%... in some way or form, I'm sure it gets their share to the powers that be. That is not what is being discussed.
What is being discussed is a Foreign company holding a claim that COULD be worth billions, and that if a commercial Kimberlite is proven will seriously challenge the big players in the Diamond industry. we are discussing the security of the investment in our 40%, we are talking about getting that investment to mining stage, we are talking about getting papers to reassure that our investment is long term and not just as long as the Exploration Permit.
THAT is what we are talking about.
And thus, if LOM have followed all of the steps and paperwork, then Angola will need to be seen to be also following the steps and paperwork, to reassure the international community that foreign investment in Angola is safe!

Now, if there starts to be problems regarding our 40% stake... that is when things become a problem again.
But as it stands, the powers that be should have enough of a stake through their holding companies to keep them satisfied and just follow the paper work.
