Still negotiating , ie; ain't over the line yet so here is hoping they pull a rabbit out of the hat . Starting to sound more like they may be good at the game of finding resources or prospective land but not good at getting the money together .
Wonder if dynamo needs a second job .lol nah probably to busy milking the Singaporeans .
