How we actually get to full scale production is another question.
I still think that the port expansion will be required. My understanding is that there is only 1-2mt available in spare capacity. (and we cant contaminate the sugar cane handling facilities, so separate conveyors from the stock pile area are required in any regard)
So quite reasonable to expect a staged production.
Perhaps start off with a smaller scale operation that can demonstrate the rehabilitation process, as well as supply the profits to upgrade the infrastructure.
So long as the market can see the path laid out to scale into full production, provided a suitable resource, we will do well.
