this morning, I rang Bentham IMF in an effort to clear up the point you are trying to put forward.
Whilst the person spoken to, could not confirm anything about the ASX Announcement of
10.9.2014, for the reason that it was of a CONFIDENTIAL matter, he did confirm that the
contents of Confidential Exhibit RGJ5 is as yet, totally unknown to them.
He further said that the Registration data and the contents of RGJ5, were still very much under
the Confidentiality of the Court, and is not expected to be finalised before late October to mid
November.
At that point, all information regarding costings and break down of funds per unit, will be forwarded
by Email, directly to all Class Action Members, but stressed that currently, NONE of these AMOUNTS
are in anyway known to them.
