I see your point, but as a business, they can't keep adding to the stock pile - when 25% of your production, each quarter is added to the inventory stock.
That is unnecessary costs and unproductive use of SH cash.
Now that they are signalling their intention to increase production with Phase 2, it's not going to increase prices.
They need to either cut back production (especially non-profitable ones) or re-focus on higher margin production.
At the moment, 25% of their production is "basically" unproductive.....that's a lot of wasted CASH.
