PDN is already much better than other North American U stocks. since the beginning of Sep, many other U stocks are making new 52 weeks low almost every day. On the same scale, PDN should be around 20 cents. Many investors have lost hope in Uranium, seeing the anti-nuclear in Japan and Europe.
