I'm a pretty pessimistic person and even I think that is a great acquisition. I also love how management yet again are tying achievable milestones into the transactions and not just forking all shares and cash over up front. The 100% premium is also a great sign of competent management with shareholders interests in mind. VHL very well positioned, now just imagine what will happen if Transgene secure another partner before xmas. Very happy
