Why is SLR being sold off?

    Being new to SLR, I have read the financial report.
    I have read the project status.
    I have noted the reserves, resources, and the search for a JV partner.

    what I don't know so well is the history. Obviously, there is some poor confidence in this company. Can someone focus my thoughts with THEIR ideas why this might be?
