No LNC this is just standard stuff for a small oiler hoping to bevcome a large oiler. There's a long waty to go before it is and along the way they have to play the game with brokers to raise cash and then institutions and then neogiations with JV partners and possible sell-downs etc to finanve developments. Remember this was a tiny "hopeful" only months ago, now capitalised at over $300m and playing with the big boys (oilers and financiers).

In other words we will be scr*wed over more than once but its nothing unusual. These PI/Sophisticates expect to double their money and did at 4 cents. let's hope they do it again ... with a run up to 22 cents .. which we WILL benefit from now that the spectre of a CR is out of the way.
