often a break like this can just result in a continual and slow downward drift on no news. You know the sort - down half a cent every third day then up half a cent once a week.

I'm interested in the stock following markco's posting on it but I think I'll sit and wait for a break back through 12.5.

If you have a chart handy, have a look at the break down through 18c (61.8% retracement from the high shortly before that) on the 22/7/02. This was a break of support even though MOS seemed to recover the next day. Almost inevitably though it suggests what lies ahead in the near future which turned out to be a failure and fall to 100% retracement at 12.5c.

Now we have the same thing happening again.

Doesn't always pan out but it does look like the downside risks now exceed the upside prospects.
