Yes they changed from 1:40 to 1:4. As a result ADR holders were issued more ADRs to make the adjustment.
If the company choses to list a percentage of some of its assets in the US as part of a restructuring and to raise additional capital to find projects, both ADR holders and LNG.ASX holders would have the same ownership share over those assets as each other. In the same way that if Australia decided it was going to introduce "Abbot" currency as a replacement for AUD's, bank account holders, coin and note holders, and cheque holders would have the same rights to "Abbot" currency. However, once a restructuring does happen (assuming it does) then choosing to hold LNG.ASX or LNGLY vs the new listed entity directly becomes a completely different ballgame.
