I think his qualifications show perhaps it's you who have engaged mouth before brain or alternatively you have reading too much Syrian company Spruikers and their gaggle of sycophants into being lulled.

I think Adkins was commenting for the Aluminium Industry rather than the Graphite one.
Will graphite replace pet coke in annodes? The 4th largest Chaileco says it is but we in the Industry [Alum] know them as a bit "inept"[poor record in annode manufacture and pot manufacture]

Thus he "contributed" to the conclusion that a MOU with Chaileco better turn into Ca$h soon as possible and you SYR holders went well it says 3 month to ratify so Chaileco is "righteous" we got no worries.

Now of course the General Market ,I don't think, ever heard of Adkins or this Aluminium Industry querying of the "Plan".
It just went MOU's MOU's? bit tenuous usually not worth the paper they're written on but SYR superior one has a 3 mth time line so that's great no worries.

Now the 3 months is up last June and the MOU's have turned to the usual "toilet paper" status the market gives them,

There's an unravelling of the SYR super pit production concept justification that a new industry[aluminium] in a traditional graphite use is bringing 100's of 1000's even millions of tonnes to near term graphite demand.
