I don't post here for your respect, you should know by now I find most of what you guys exaggerate, twist and turn about me a compliment as you are left high and dry debating the property outlook.
Each to their own, but I think intelligent people realise there is no such thing as a sure bet, and more than ever that applies to property going up and outperforming returns on the ASX.
Suggest you get over it, and buy up WES if you are looking for a share tip.
