re: put u238z1 on ignore!!! The last poster NT has only ever posted on rrs and rather than have positive argument as to why rrs may or may not succeed prefers to make personal attacks on anything but the subject in the thread.Good to see that he reccommends to others to place u238z1 on ignore but he is replying to my posts so obviously doesnt practice the preaching.
Now back to the subject and it appears that there is a considerable amount of unsheduled risk involved . This risk looks like it may be the validity of any agreements that have been made as was the case with rtm in recent times.
It is all very well to assume that all is well but there are bells ringing in puntland .
