I suggest you actually read the emails before you launch into knee-jerk opinions. He is emailing other employees at the university, as well as his friends. He also launches into some particularly disgusting attacks on female management there too. Work emails are not private. Are you some kindof hardcore unionist who believes employee deserve every right, and companies deserve none? You must be to think that. You literally have nothing here. I believe Sydney University should be the decider of what happens in terms of his employment. I suspect, given the importance of international students, and you know... women, that it may well be worth it for them to get rid of him.

Like I said before, if it were a hardcore islamist academic, who was spouting foul misogyny, anti-western and anti-democratic ideology over his work email as well as writing our school curriculum, you would rightly see the point that this is toxic. But in this case, i'm guessing because the hate is not directed at you, then it is no big deal. Such is the extreme selfishness of the right that they cannot see stuff like this.
