And yes, you are right, more people should fly the flag with pride and take it away from the uneducated, beer swilling yobbos. A flag is not meant to be a shawl or a blanket. I blame our so called "education" system for that. Not even sure if we even have one anymore, but I digress.
Travel the USA and you see their flag flying from homes. People are proud of their flag and they respect it. I really wish more would do so in Australia.
I travel the world and am proud of our flag hanging off our stern. More so in cricket playing countries when our lot is doing ok...Respect Mon!
