There appears to have been a large and consistent buyer/seller of PVD for the past fortnight at .50 cents.
This is clearly inhibiting its share price direction, not sure if that's up or down but l suspect up.
When the buyer is set (they are not as yet) l think we might see some upward movement, it may even coincide with a **on announcement.
